Big dessert biscuit - Out-of-the-cupboard concoction, came out great.
1 cup packaged pancake mix
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup dried, diced fruit (I had dried papaya on hand)
1 teaspoon sesame seed
1/4 teaspoon marjoram

1 tablespoon olive oil for the pan

******************************************
Bring oven to 350.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Add milk and blend.

Oil a small pie pan.

Ball the batter, set in pie pan, press out a bit and bake.

~ 20 minutes, or until top is browned and biscuit is firm to the touch.

*******************************************

Had this with cream cheese after it set and cooled a bit.

It'll be a breakfast tomorrow with eggs or a snack later tonight as is.

:hi:
