Dinner tonight? Just some grilled
chicken - very healthy. Used my George Foreman grill, no oil, just some spices. And did a simple stir fry with what was available in my fridge. Very tasty and quite satisfying.

5. Hi Lizzie! How've you been?
I use my George Foreman quite a bit. Makes great "paninni's" too!

7. Looks great!...
We wanted to grill but the weather was foul and I didn't feel like setting off the smoke detector inside. I made soup instead. :)

8. Outstanding photography!
Lighting is perfect and everything looks so appetizing with vivid colors and glossy finish on the vegetables which are styled exceptionally well. Food photography is among the most difficult subjects to master and as a rule if it looks this good it really isn't edible.

My hat is off to you. Do you have formal training?

9. I'm blushing over your compliments - thank you!
No formal training here. I just love to cook and love to take photos, so it's just natural for these two interests to go hand in hand.

My food photos are all food, and usually something that I cooked. No artificial anything!
