LOL. Cocoloco -
Stopped by the market on a walk this morning and couldn't pass this up. Cocoloco, single serving
(~ softball size) coconut from Mexico. Sold with a straw and directions taped on the husk.

Pierce the coconut on the side with a screwdriver, insert straw to drink the milk. Then put the coconut in a plastic bag and smash on the floor to break into bite sized pieces

2. Yum2. Fruit is a whole 'nother universe to the south of us.
The first time I went to El Salvador, I remember eating fruit like candy, it was amazing. :)
