I just tried that easy, fast way of peeling garlic in two bowls, |

on a small scale (two cereal bowls) and it was FAST and pretty easy. I had to rub off a few skins myself, but it did most the job for me. Now I have a tiny bowl full of peeled garlic cloves sitting, covered with a plastic shower cap thingie, in my fridge. AWESOME.
Ain't never going back. Nope.

smaller bowls and had to pull off just a few skins as well.
I used the garlic press on all of it, then mixed in some olive oil and it's sitting in a jar in the fridge. Makes it fast & easy to use,,,, my daughter says it will last a month that way :)
