Please say a prayer for me. |
|
I cannot get over my anger at my ex, who lived with another woman while lying to me that he was traveling for work. When I found out, he pretended to reconcile with me, but we ultimately broke up about 8 months ago. Just tonight I've discovered he's married to her. Meanwhile, he literally left me spiritually and emotionally broken and financially impoverished. I cannot forgive him and it's eating me up inside. Please send some psychic energy my way to help me to get beyond this betrayal and despair.

2. I am so very sorry for what you went through! |

There's a wonderful book titled "Don't Forgive Too Soon." Forgiveness is a process that takes a great deal of time and effort for it to work... I highly recommend it (it's done wonders for me!).
You are in my prayers.

5. During my divorce I went to church and |
|
while the kind and caring Priest was waiting to go to the pulpit I quietly got his attention and whispered to him.
He was carrying the cross and the choir was behind him.
I told him that I was troubled and didn't know what to do.
He looked at me and said in a calm but determined voice, " Do like Jesus did, walk right through it."
With that he led the procession into the church.
After church and all during the service, I kept saying " Walk right through it, walk right through it."
All I can tell you is that from that day forward, I "walked right through it." I look back now and thank him for pointing me in the right direction.
Blessings and " Walk Right Through It!"
