Ugh....Facebook account setup question

Ugh....Facebook account setup question

The following is what I get when I try to set up a page for a writer (fan page) at Facebook:

It's a blank page and doesn't prompt me to do anything else. This occurs after I type in the name I want the page to have and do the electronic signature and click okay on their TOS.

????

Is Facebook glitchy today? Has anyone else experienced this?
