Sterling, shaved

Sterling got a lion cut last month. It's finally growing in so he doesn't look quite so funny. But still, any shaved Persian looks silly, right?

Look how his fur compliments the sheets and the sun streaming in on the coverlet wraps him in a halo. Beautiful kitteh.

3. I buy my furniture and bedding to match him

Really. That way you don't see white cat hair everywhere. Just don't wear black when you come to my house. I vacuum everything once a week, but still, when he's shedding, it's impossible to keep the fur from getting on everything.

He has such a great personality. I've really come to appreciate the Persian personality since Scorpio came into our life. They are such aristocrats and they know it.

6. How sweet! Sterling looks adorable. I'll bet he's looking

for sunbeams and trying to stay warm. When we had our persian clipped, I always put out the heating pad with a thick folded blanket on top to keep her warm until her fur grew in. She always liked getting clipped.

He looks downright kittenish with that lion cut. I guess it's the way it makes his head seem so large and round . Very cute!
