I was beating up on myself pretty badly for most of the day today, and I was on the verge of tears when I got the NICEST, most complimentary e-mail from a person I'm helping out in a volunteer capacity--someone who doesn't express gratitude very readily, so that made it even more special. :loveya:

today I have had a craptastic day filled with all kinds of shitty feelings and anxiety. I don't know which way is up anymore, and I don't know what to do - actually I do, I am just not ready to do it. :-(

I went to Occupy Wall Street yesterday and felt proud to be part of the movement.

6. Yes, I've been feeling such strong energy. good energy.

Unfortunately, when I feel really good, I revert to old ways, and tend to drink too many glasses of wine, eat too much, deplete all my energy and start all over. One thing I noticed when I totally deplete my energy, it comes back strong. But I need to stop these old ways and venture into the new. Imagine if I could keep that feeling all the time.
