my lawn is a mess of weeds and stickers. I don't want to water a lawn anyway.
how to kill it out so I can put down gravel?
suggestions?
it's about a 80' x 20' area (less my 10x12 porch)

...and if you don' have that much plastic, use layers of newspaper and/or cardboard, with rocks to weight them down. Then put the gravel right over the newspaper/cardboard/plastic.

hell around here the darned garbage can has been known to get blown 30 feet across the yard
