I bought some bulbs today at my local Home Depot --- Star of Bethlehem, Salome Narcissus, and Ixia. They were on sale for .99 a pack, regularly 4.99 so I couldn't turn them down. Here's my question ... I am in Zone 9A, Central Florida. If I plant them now is it possible they might come up late this spring or perhaps in the summer? And if they don't come up at all this year might they come up next year?
Thanks in advance.

1. If you plant them now, they will come up by spring |

In florida, we always dug up our bulbs and kept them in the crisper drawer of our refrigerator every winter and replanted them in February or March. Not enough cold time otherwise.

the squirrels in my yard have eaten 75% of them.....
little buggers...... If you haven't them yet - you can try sprinkling a little cayenne pepper on them to discourage those snacks......
