3. Well hey seeing as we want to destroy the 4th of July as well
why not...:puke:
(I can't recall the name of that dumbass anti-Michael Moore movie but it looked stupid and humorless like most RW attempts at "humor".)

I watch this one every year, while avoiding Coincidence on 34th Street and the other Xmas turkeys.

Edmund:...So, shall I begin the Christmas story?

Prince: Absolutely, as long as it's not that terribly depressing one about the chap who gets born on Christmas Day, shoots his mouth off about everything under the sun, and then comes a cropper with a couple of rumcoves on top of a hill in jolly Arab-land.

Edmund: You mean Jesus, Sir...

Prince: Yes, that's the fellow. Keep him out of it -- he always spoils the X-mas atmos.

From "BlackAdder Xmas Carol." The whole script is just a Google away.

13. The War on Christmas comes home
This is from early November 2006. I've posted it at least once or twice, but it always seems appropriate to revisit it:

15. My cannon is never apocryphal
I should mention that the barrel actually reaches into the branches slightly, though the photo kind of makes it seem to be just a little in front of the tree.
