Final Fantasy VII coming to PSN
http://www.onelastcontinue.com/7813/final-fantasy-vii-rated-for-playstation-store/

Sure, the game's lost some of its luster since 1997, but it's still a classic worth playing through again. A day one buy for me.

1. Excellent news
FF7 was a groundbreaking game, and it'll be fun to relive it. Since it's listed in the ESRB ratings, should we expect it in the PSN update this Thursday, or is it a few weeks off still?

2. Wonderful, Square,
but where's our FF7 remake???

:grr:

Playing The Last Remnant right now. It's exactly one chocobo short of a Final Fantasy.

3. I'd like to see a remake of IX myself.
I thought IX was a vastly underrated game and the best of the three on the PS1. And I'm also playing The Last Remnant. I just got it on Tuesday, so the battle system's going to take a little getting used to.

4. As to Remnant,
make certain at least one member of each union can resurrect (vivification herb, I think). Somehow I got aaaallll the way to Battle Rank 43 or so before I figured out that, yes, Virginia, you *can* bring them back in battle.

Amazing I got as far as I did.
