we lost our precious son in a car accident on May 30 . . .
Kevan was so excited to graduate on the 28th, I had bought him a little tassle for his keychain and hummed the graduation march to him and gave him his diploma. He was a wonderful, kind hearted, sensitive human being who made a difference in our small community. He was well loved, more than I ever imagined. If there was ever a testiment to the benefits of home schooling, it was this precious boy. We had many precious moments together over the years that we would have missed had he stayed in public school. I am heart broken to have lost him at such a young age and grieve over all the things we will not see him achieve with all his potential and enthusiam but I am comforted that he was the way he was because of the time we invested in him. You only have one chance to raise your children . . . it is worth every sacrifice we made to be able to home school him.

10. It will soon be one year since our son passed away . .
I can't say it is any easier, Mother's day was awful, I cried all day long. The hardest thing I have had to come to grips with is whether I am still a mother. K was our only child and the light of our lives.
I saw a post at the bottom was deleted. Who would say something on this subject that would warrant being deleted?

11. ~hugs~
Maybe someone posted here by mistake, and asked the moderator to delete it. That's what I hope, anyway.

Dear DollyM, you are still a mother...the mother of an angel.:hug::hug:
