1. "Spite Marriage."
That's one I rented a number of years ago (The local video store had a great silents section). It's definitely got a memorable scene or two...

3. I recall seeing "spite Marriage" a couple of years ago.
There was a funny scene where he was trying to get the girl, who had passed out, on to a bed. He didn't go for any overdone falling about, which many would have done, but kept it more subdued and very real, and it was all the funnier because of it. Rather than just the odd burst of laughter, I kept giggling quietly all the way through the scene.

He was a master.
