About Dr. Obama's Traveling Salvation Show |
|
His supporters are long on hype, short on facts. And I've found the best way to overcome their glee is to confront them with facts.
They often throw up John's co-sponsorship and vote for the IWR as a reason to not vote for him. I tell them the IWR had more good than bad in it, and it allowed United Nations inspectors back into Iraq to look for WMDs. Had they been able to do so, they would have discovered none were there, and there would have been no reason for war. I remind them it was Bush who short circuited the process and ordered the inspectors out so he could start a war based on lies.
And then I point out that Barack is on record as stating he isn't sure how he would have voted had he been a Senator at that time, so their very own candidate, after the fact, had doubts as to his vote. And he has voted to fund every bill to continue the war in Iraq, except for one, which his vote was cast late when it wouldn't have made any difference either way. So much for his leadership abilities.
Honestly, the Barack Obama Glee Club is getting tiresome. They are bad winners, bad losers, and they are buying all the tonics and potions straight off Dr. Obama's wagon.
They will all no doubt immediately start growing hair, get rid of that rash, and their candidate will stop making vague promises and start giving us facts as to HOW he's going to bring about real change while taking money from the very people who don't want change.
There's trouble in River City, and most of them don't see it coming.

1. I don't see anything new or inspiring in Obama's sales pitch. |

It sounds like more of the crap we've been hearing, just set to different music.

The Obamites can't see truth, becaue their fragile world and egos are totally tied into their concept of being "winners".
To accept otherwise, would invite in "cognitive dissonance", wherein their false reality would be replaced by an UNCOMFORTABLE glimpse into a Reality that would shatter their world. It is for these psychological reasons, that they are cult-like and will hold on so tenaciously, despite the absurdity of their actions and rationale.
Obama himslef is a well-crafted HUCKSTER, showing all the signs of his Corporate enablers already. $$$ to spare from corporate coffers, the right handlers and the right manipulation. It is hard to spot, if you are a mere political neophyte, which explains why Obama hates the boomers and embraces the weak and the young. The Boomers have built up enough real wiorld experience to see through the rhetoric and see, there is NO SUBSTANCE. Kids, just look at the cliff notes policy and see a false projection of substance.
It is all very Rovian, and why I truly dislike Obama and won't drink the Kool-Aid, which is required for membership.
Yes, there is trouble ahead...for us if this clown gets the nomination. I am hopeful that Patrick Fitzgerald helps our cause in the near future. Can you say REZKO, Mr. Obama?
