166,227 votes for Edwards in Cal-lee-forn-ya . That is a lot of people. I wonder how much |
|
more he would have received if he hadn't suspended.
Think about this Edwardians.....there was no active Edwards presence, knocking on doors, phone calling, signs and rally's quieted.
One hundred and sixty six THOUSAND, two hundred and twenty seven voted their conscious? Voted their protest? Voted for a populist agenda?
Will the corporate media even say one word about 166,227 votes for Edwards???

They wouldn't even talk about his 2nd place finish in Iowa so I'll be shocked if John is mentioned at all. Those are impressive numbers.

I'm glad Hillary beat the Kennedys, Kerry and Oprah last night  That speaks volumes to me that a lot of people are sick of the Old Guard and Celebrity.

3. They did mention him on MSNBC, but it was very late, probably |
|
around 3 AM, when most people were already asleep. :(

7. Mostly, it was inane chatter and BS. They were speculating on |
|
how many votes he got, whether he'd get any delegates out of it, and whether or not he was going to endorse anyone. The spoke on the phone with someone from Edwards' (ex) campaign (don't remember who it was), and tried to pin him down on whether or not Edwards was going to endorse, and if so, whom that might be. He wasn't taking the bait and refused to give an answer, saying he could not possibly speak for John.

4. Edwards did pretty well in Oklahoma, too. |
|
42,717 10.24%
Many feel he would have won the state if he'd stayed in the race. :(
