"Candidate: Keep State's Complexion White" (New Hampshire)
http://www.concordmonitor.com/article/candidate-keep-states-complexion-white

It's a matter of black and white, says Ryan Murdough, Republican candidate for the State House in Grafton County's 8th District.

No room for gray area. And no room for Asians or Hispanics or Jews or African-Americans or American Indians, either.

Just Americans. Real Americans. Plymouth Rock Americans. White Americans who bleed red, white and blue. Uncle Sam wants them. To anyone else, don't let Lady Liberty hit you on the butt on your way out of New York Harbor.

You're not welcome here.

"I would like to preserve what we have before it gets totally out of control," Murdough, a 30-year-old father of two young boys, said last week. "The more it becomes non-white, the more it's going to become a much different place to live, for white people especially."

1. Not bad!
My score:

10 points for honesty

-1000 for content (he doesn't even want Native Americans, just "real" meaning white Americans. He is as historically stupid as he is culturally stupid.)

-10 million for looking like the busboy at a really bad Italian restaurant

2. Teh stupid, it doesn't stop

He doesn't have much to worry about in a state that is 95.5% white (census.gov). His reciting of racist revisionist history is...normal, along with the over-the-top rhetoric--all about shock value and attention. Willful ignorance, intellectual dishonesty, and lack of intellect is required to be a teabagger freeper. On top of all of that, he'd look more at home in Naples than Copenhagen.

It's about race, not class/economic status. It doesn't matter to him (and a lot of other people) how much money you have, or education, or job/career, if you have the wrong skin tone, you aren't welcome.

3. I find it interesting he moved from Florida to New Hampshire
Probably thinking he could get away from all the minorities if he moved to libertarian New Hampshire. I'm sure he's been to Manchester and Nashua and has been profoundly disappointed }(

What he doesn't realize is that the majority of folks in New Hampshire don't subscribe to his point of view, even if they are white. And if they do, they're not going to be vocal about it. Every few years or so you'll see this attempt of racists moving to New Hampshire or Maine trying to set up shop, thinking they'll be welcomed because it's a majority white state - and they end up peetering out within a few years because no one's paying attention to them. They're hoping to do with New England what they've managed to do in Idaho, Utah, Montana and Wyoming.

The idiot who was packing heat at Obama's function in New Hampshire was originally from Arizona and moved to NH to avoid taxes and be around "real" Americans (read: get away from the brown people). Florida has lots of brown people and so I wouldn't be surprised if this idiot was of similar frame of mind.

Not only that: The pervasive type of racism in New England is not "in your face." They will be quite nice to you in person but look out behind your back. This guy is airing out their dirty laundry and sullying the reputation New England enjoys of being tolerant.

4. then maybe he's providing a public service -
getting people to really exam their racist views.

Here's a good book just referred to me, I haven't had a chance to read it yet:

Two-Faced Racism: Whites in the Backstage and Frontstage
Leslie Picca (Author), JOE FEAGIN (Author)

Two-Faced Racism examines and explains the racial attitudes and behaviours exhibited by whites in private settings. While there are many books that deal with public attitudes, behaviours, and incidences concerning race and racism (frontstage), there are few studies on the attitudes whites display among friends, family, and other whites in private settings (backstage). The core of this book draws upon 626 journals of racial events kept by white college students at twenty-eight colleges in the United States. The book seeks to comprehend how whites think in racial terms by analyzing their reported racial events
