Randal Wins the Apprentice, BUT WAIT!!
Some people are upset because he didn't want to share his apprenticeship with someone far less qualified than him. Randal was clearly the better choice and he won all his tasks whereas Rebecca's record was 1-2. She didn't even raise any money for the charity in her final task.

Here's a thread:

Why did Trump ask Randal if he should hire Rebecca too? Why should Randal be asked to share the spotlight with someone less qualified? He was the clear winner, case closed.

1. Hey!
I came over here to post the exact same thing. The entire internet is buzzing about how big of a d*ck Randall is for not sharing his prize with the white woman. I guess that's just what is expected of black men. I am livid about Trump even asking Randall to make that decision, but the outcry of how terrible Randall is for sticking up for his accomplishments is just amazing (even racist-- if you ask me).

2. The more I think about it, the angrier I get.
Now there's all this controversy surrounding the finale. Randal couldn't even have a decent finale because of that mess Trump pulled. I've already decided not to watch the next season of The Apprentice.

3. You'll notice that there are very few people of color
In Trump's organization. In fact, I don't remember seeing any outside of the token apprentices. I just may have to join you on the boycott of The Apprentice. It's hard to believe that racism in America is still so alive and well. And unfortunately most white people cannot see what is really going on.

4. I did not see the show
because I don't have a television. I read the lounge thread, the forum comments and the MSNBC "hit piece." Opinions are like assholes, everbody has one so here's mine:

Trump set Randal up. The racial undercurrents are blatant. Can't have a clear-cut black winner who is also perceived to be a "good guy." NO WAY should Trump's decision have been thrown in Randal's lap. Doing so condemned Randal to a no-win. And THAT was obviously the intent.

And Katarina Witt REALLY SHOULD HAVE shared her Olympic gold with Debi Thomas, ya know... :silly:

5. To the winner goes the prizes
I looked at the thread, the ignorance is flying--as usual. I don't see why he should share. He won. Or are they mad because a black man won and tipped over their view of how the racial caste system should work.

6. "I was a fan, until..."
reading the thread, now at 211 posts, I can say, "Wow! Look at the pissed off white folks!"

They weren't true fans, they're mad because a black man told everyone STFU--I won, I ain't sharing, live with it.

I'm almost sorry I missed the show.

7. BWAHAHAHAHA!!!
It is pretty comical to watch everyone talk about instantly changing their opinion of him. The man has it going on. I read an article about how he helped provide computers and internet access to an entire public housing complex. He was head and shoulders above the runner-up and yet he is demonized for not wanting to be the first winner in history to share his prize with the loser.

He should have said, "In case I cannot fulfill my duties as the Apprentice (because I'm running the world or some other more important job) then I'd be glad to have Rebecca come in and fill my position." Isn't that how it works with Miss America?

Face it, white America cannot take a successful black man. I'll try to find a link for that article.

9. On the "Apprentice" forum
there were empty threats of "beating the crap out of him." 71% on an MSNBC poll are up in arms. I must say I'd NEVER sign a contract with someone who used the occasion of my hire to first publically humiliate me and then unfairly subject me to the wrath of da white folks in TV-land...

10. Good grief! The thread won't quit!
We get it! The black guy won and white America is pissed--this isn't breaking news.

I wonder what would happen if we asked why there's no question about rebuilding Florida while everyone wonders if they should rebuild New Orleans.
