My man strikes again!

Jamaica's Usain Bolt Wins 'The Duel', Becomes World's Fastest Man


In one of the most highly anticipated events at the World Athletics Championships, Usain Bolt of Jamaica won the gold medal in the men's 100-meters on Sunday. It took Bolt just 9.58 seconds to assume the title of the "World's Fastest Man".


Please let him be on the up and up. I'm still recovering from the Marion Jones fiasco (although I still personally believe that she was railroaded. I ain't NEVER heard of an athlete going to jail for steroids before Marion.) I'd be mucho pissed if Bolt has been sipping from the steroid cup too but I'm starting to wonder can anyone really be THIS good???

2. lol Well, I used to say the same thing about Marion! Flojo too, come to think of it
And both of them was sippin'! :)

One of the reasons I still love Carl Lewis so much is that homeboy was clean as a whistle. A great role model.

3. Okay, I realize this has nothing to do with Bolt
The Aussies didn't do so great at the Berlin races but somehow, that has not diminished my MASSIVE lust...er crush I have for on one of the Australian runners.

I was thinking about you when I typed this. I couldn't recall if you are in Berlin or not, but even if I was at the furthest point in Germany I would have FOUND a way to see this man run!!
