MICHIGAN'S GORE PETITION CAMPAIGN NOW HAS A PAYPAL ACCOUNT
Needing contributions from Draft Gore supporters everywhere, in order to make a success of their put-Gore-on-the-primary-ballot petition drive, Michigan Draft Gore leaders have opened a Paypal account. Contributions may be sent to the Paypal account of:

Funds are needed for printing, postage, mileage expense, and to pay some full-time circulators to supplement the efforts of over 100 volunteer petition circulators throughout Michigan. Valid signatures of 12,396 registered Michigan voters are needed by 4 p.m. October 23, in order to put Al Gore's name on the January 15 Michigan primary ballot.

I haven't heard back yet, but will post an update as soon as I do. Sorry this was incomplete, but it was all that was sent to me and I didn't realize it was incomplete.

4. Doug had all kinds of problems getting it set up

since he already had a personal account. I guess Bob A. wound up setting it up and he's been on the road all day meeting with petitioners. He should be home soon and has to go through 8 pages of instructions from PayPal to find the e-mail address for me. Sheesh! What a mess. I wonder if it's just his personal e-mail address. I don't want to guess so I'll wait to hear from him.

I'll post it as soon as I get it.
