This time of year makes me really miss my wiccan friends.
They all moved out of the area where I live and I miss our trips at dusk this time of year. We would go out just before the sun went down and look at tree silhouettes. Tonight, I decided to give myself some home made therapy because I miss them so much. I decided to go look for some visuals via the net. I realize this thread will probably not necessarily be pagan news per se, but I thought many of you would really enjoy looking at these pictures.

Here is one picture as an example of what I am talking about:

Here is the first page I found when I searched Yahoo for more like it:

I hope you enjoy these pictures. :hi:

1. My husband and his family love this time of year, and I have grown
to love it.

They love the change in temps, tree color, and general feeling in the air like you just got home after a long trip. They also love the football, Thanksgiving, etc. I really like Halloween. It's just so much fun!

I don't think there is Wiccan or pagan in them, but I won't discount the possibility that an ancient genetic intron has an effect on us.

That looks like an oak tree from my neckof the woods here in Texas!
