My heart is heavy tonight. My sister-in-law lives a few states away and is expecting child #6 within the week. Normally this would be a very exciting time, but it's really bitter sweet. My brother Paul was recalled to service after 10 years of retirement. He is a Navy commander currently commanding 450 reserve sailors on the ground in Iraq. He won't be home until at least Yuletime.

This is so hard on them, so I am asking my fellow Pagans to send some good Energy (and maybe light a candle)to Kathleen in Cherry Hill NJ. Having to give birth without him, while worrying about the other 5 little ones is going to be so much un-necessary stress. And maybe a little whisper to the Lady to get him home in one piece.
