Should I be putting a protection spell on myself everynight I go to work? |

That's what I've been doing. Ever since 1989. No matter where I work, nor what the job is. (Mainly, the only type of job I've worked in these dates are nursing jobs). I've worked with some very cut-throat people here. The type that would rather accuse you of something bad to avert attention from what they, themselves are doing. In a nursing home where communication is bad between the licensed staff and the aides, this can and is happening. I always put a spell around my car every night so why not a spell for going into such a hostile work environment? Especially when working as a AIDE? The home I'm working at now is stressing Christian values while shorting the population the necessary staff to do the job. The more places I work in this field, the more I see the greed of those who will destroy health-care in this country. Why we let then do this, I don't know. What's your opinion?

1. I never go anywhere without wards. |

My last job, that the Universe mercifully let me out of, was customer service at the credit card division of a huge bank. Customer service jobs in particular require extra protection I think, but this one...lord. I kept my desk covered in black tourmaline and it seemed like I had to cleanse them daily, the negativity STILL was unbearable. I can only imagine how much worse it would have been without my stones and charms! :scared:
I hear you about greed, though. It was rampant at the bank. One of the worst experiences of my life was being randomly selected to attend a town hall meeting put on by the marketing department regarding the company's new strategies on balance transfers. The gist of it was they were going to start charging ridiculous fees, and phasing out the 0% for 12 mo offers. A braver soul than I asked the head marketing weasel point blank if we were supposed to offer the highest rate offers with the highest rate fees, and the weasel said in so many words, yes. I've never been so disgusted in my life. Spirit was trying to tell me what kind of mentality we're up against as a society. I did a lot of cleansing when I got home that night.
Look at it this way, would you go out into the rain without an umbrella? It's like the Boy Scouts (and Scar) always say: be prepared. :)
