Thanks! I caught a whopping case of the winter crud, so looking at a PC screen has been like staring into a blast furnace. I've been soothing my eyeballs with a print edition of Carl Zimmer's magnificent horrorshow, Parasite Rex, which should be beamed into every woo/creationist's living space 1984-style. which in hindsight could indicate that they were depressed and looking for a solution. Though of course many people read such books, who are not mentally unwell or suicidal at all.

'Looking for meaning' - such a vague phrase, and trivializes the real problems of those so depressed as to contemplate suicide.
