Do you guys like Fringe?
I've been sucked in. Should be a good episode tonight.

1. I like it! I like and kind of care about the characters
so much that I'm still upset that Charles is dead, body discarded in that furnace. Oh, the agony  But Dr. Bishop who is definitely on the fringe is my favorite. I think Olivia is very cool and smart. I do wish they'd get into assistant Farnsworth a bit, she's very clever but seems like a loose end to me. I was really intrigued by that kiss between Broyles and Nina Sharp - veddy interesting. And I like the concept, especially this season delving deeper into the alternate universe theme.

4. I like Fringe too.
I also like the way it is filmed. There isn't nearly as much jerky hand held filming while in close up, which is a constant thing in Battlestar Gallactica for instance.

I feel Farsworth is there as Walter's tool. It seems like he pulls something over her on every show, or, if he doesn't, an accident occurs which makes it look like he did, or, she was conveniently sent away at a crucial moment to allow Walter to be abducted, or she is overpowered and something bad happens to Walter. Once in a while she has a good idea though.

5. Excellent point about Farnsworth. Thanks!
Rounds them all out better for me. You know, I saw Walter on a re-run of the Last Lord of the Rings trilogy. He has a great knack for playing insane characters - love that actor.
