They are reminicing about Camden being on Cops. It is just hilarious. They way they tied everyone is was brilliant. If you are on the West Coast you have to see it.

If he was already in the program, why would he be growing pot?

I know, I know, the show isn't really one about plot complexity, it was just something I wondered when they showed that "Cops" episode
