'If God Is Willing and Da Creek Don't Rise' JK is in this documentary |

It is on HBO. It is a continuance of "when the Levees Broke" by Spike Lee. I haven't watched the whole thing yet but caught JK right at the end holding up a picture frame around him and saying something like "Senator John Kerry... this is my portrait" I just had to laugh. So now I will definitely be watching the whole thing which is 4 hours long (luckily it is On Demand, so I can watch it in sections) but very well done and very informative on what is really going on in New Orleans. My daughter just went there a few weeks ago and did a teacher's workshop with the Brad Pitt Foundation.

1. I just happened to catch this on HBO last night! I caught it in the middle of JK's interview |

Very good and on point, what I heard of it, though that's no surprise coming from him. :) I saw the picture frame part towards the end, too. I thought it was adorable! :) A nice, lighthearted moment in an otherwise very sad and sobering film, though very well done (as imo is all Spike Lee's work) and very important, especially now in the wake of the BP spill and the aftermath that still lingers from Katrina.
I want to see it all the way through sometime soon.
