Depressed, frustrated, and sleepless.

Just on the depressive end of the bipolar cycle now. It will eventually lift, but it's particularly annoying now. It seems like everything (and I do mean everything) is just getting progressively worse. I'm currently fighting off the urge to drink myself into oblivion, which is odd considering I don't self-medicate. Just needed to get that off my chest.

3. All too familiar with that cycle myself.

I've been very amazed and fortunate that I made through the holidays without getting depressed, even though I went through an 8 week manic phase through Oct and Nov that was one of the worst I've ever had. For some reason the depression just never materialized after the crash and burn part, and I'm not complaining.

I hope you can get through this ok. If things get even suckier just come on down and talk to someone here. :pals:
