Can people here suggest a decent cheapish camera
That does good close ups.

I have a lot fo stuff I want to sell on E Bay, but the digital camera I now have doesn't do good close ups, for small items like rings.

Any rec's?

1. What's your definition of cheapish? You can get some consumer DSLRs in the $300 range
these days.

3. Digital single lens reflex...
It works just a like a film single lens reflex camera, except it's digital. No film.

5. If you can find a used Canon G10, it does pretty good.

6. The Samsung EX1 is an excellent camera for close ups.

Some images from the EX1/TL500 You might get it for the same price as a used G10 I mentioned above. Amazon is selling their EX1 for $329.
