being a one armed photographer - i shuffle around the house
i walked past the painting (for wjms=it's in the asheville area's pisgah forest)
and thought "shadows"



and then i looked out the window

1. That's what I like about winter. The low sun makes for
great shadows.

BTW, now that you are one handed, a good hefty wrist strap will come in handy.

I use the Canon WS20 Wrist Strap. It's overkill for a point and shoot, but better too strong that too weak.

2. Ha, I know the Pisgah forest too
Very, very nice depiction, btw! :thumbsup:

The Pisgah forest is up there as far as strangely attractive scenic landscapes go.........along with the Norris geyser basin in Yellowstone, the dunes around Lake Michigan, and the rain forest in Washington state. I love the mystery of all those places, and more. Sedona is up there, too.

My family balked at the sulfur odor around the geyser basin, but I loved it.

I can't believe all you can do with one arm. Wow.
