of this photo? I almost trashed it because the horse's eye is closed but I decided to play with the shapes instead. Did I hit it or miss it? Please feel free to give me the good, the bad, and the ugly! Thanks!

But I would crop in a bit closer on the paraphernalia and lose some of the neck.

2. I cropped it a little, and when I came back, I had done the crop NVWhino suggested.

She and I were thinking alike this morning, I also put in a little bit more light.
It's not so easy to see the difference, but I like it better once I lost some of the top which distracted and lengthened the photo.

You might look at going a lot closer still.

You might try playing with the exposure a bit. If you use lightroom try the "recovery" slider to maybe get some more details in the reflection areas and take away a little of the shine.

to get your pm address, to tell you that 60 minutes did a segment about Zenyatta today. And thanks to you I felt like I knew her and I stood in my kitchen looking at them parading her and interviewing her jockey, her owner, her trainer, and as I saw the men just love that big girl and she was called possibly the greatest race horse that ever was my hair stood on edge.

I thought of you and wanted to write and thank you for the introduction, but I can just as well do it here.
Anyone who comes in here and knows how to sneak a photo out and a new one in will get this message eventually.
