e-book software -- recommendations?

I'm shopping around for an E-BOOK creator software... I want to be able to put my cartoons in a book form, currently I have them in Power Point and I'm not all that thrilled with powerpoint...

any recommendations?

I've used it writing a couple of e-books, but never added graphics to them. The description says you can do it though.
