Graphics expert wanted. Especially GIF animation - read on!

I wanted to find someone who can make me a small banner with ASL with small letters affixed to each one. Very simple job, but I'm no expert on Photoshop.

Bonus - and I will donate $25 to Obama campaign in honor of the best graphics banner with animation. :D

It will be affixed below my signature, and I am hoping for something like 500 pixels wide (or less) and about 50 Pixels high (I can go up to 100, but don't want to overdo it)

Deafies is what we call ourselves in the deaf world.
