I can modify asp, javascript, css, flash, and even php blogs. For the life of me I cannot figure out why I can't modify a phpbb forum. It allows people the choice of several different skins and I'm wondering if that's not where the problem is. In the blogs, I modify in the theme/template section on the server. But that is going to only modify one skin on this forum, so maybe the mod should take place somewhere else. I am baffled. I mostly want to add the php to rss mod, so I can put the latest posts on the home page because we have a lot of users who are literally too lazy to click the forum every day. *sigh*
Ideas?

In the Admin section you have to clear the template cache every time you make an update. Never had any program that had that requirement before. Interesting.

2. That's a new feature in phpbb v3. |

I'm very pleased with the new version, as my users have been clamoring for the ability to subscribe to a whole forum for a while now.
