Friday, 4/29: I worked out today--did you?

Friday, 4/29: I worked out today--did you?
Did my regular 2 mile jog at the track and then (yadda yadda yadda) down to the weight room for upper body and abs.

I'm starting to notice that my body is firming up a bit. My hips, thighs and backside seem to be shrinking a little (after a month of jogging nearly every day, I would imagine that they SHOULD be firming up), and my arms are starting to show signs of having some muscles.

I'm still hoping to see an improvement in my waist, though this pesky hernia is likely to keep me out of a smaller size for a while.

1. I did
Haven't been checking in these last few days because I have a term paper due TODAY (ugh). I'm almost finished with it, but I have made time to work out.

Today I did a short interval workout, Reebok: Intense Moves.

I did Pilates, then weights for biceps and triceps, and later I will do interval training on the elliptical trainer.

5. Having a private Pilates session at 4
I've been battling a headache since yesterday. It might be that my neck is tense, so hopefully the Pilates will help somewhat. :(

7. Back up to 12.4 miles at the Veloway.
I'm now "clipped in" to the pedals so now I can spend my time worrying about falling. ;)
