Wednesday 5/25: I worked out today--did you? |

I jogged 3 miles today, and then did a short stint in the weight room (for upper body).
I am battling some tough times right now, and I'm hoping these endorphins are going to get me through the depression that inevitably comes when I am overwhelmed.
Of course, if the sun would show itself, that might help too.

I haven't seriously exercised since Saturday. My shin splints have been acting up the last couple of days. They are feeling a little better today but I'm not sure if I should run on them yet.
I got my upper body workout videos yesterday and I was quite dissappointed that they are VHS. I thought I had ordered DVD! I went ahead and picked up some dumbells and an exercise mat.
I think I'll do some serious stretching today and possibly do the workout video IF I decide not to bother with sending them back in exchange for the DVDs.
I'm considering going to a store that specializes in Runners and get fitted with some new running shoes just to see if that helps. Although, I suspect that in my rushed schedule, I simply haven't spent enough time stretching.

I feel bad for you receiving the VHS instead of DVD. Did you order through the links I gave you? If so, Collage Video has an excellent customer service reputation, so I'm positive they'd let you exchange without much hassle.

I worked out this morning. Step aerobics, lower body weights & yoga. Boy does my butt hurt.

I changed my routine....more outdoor exercise....I've kept it up but have to adapt to hills and wind a lot more than I thought...
