Hi folks!
I jogged 1.5 miles this morning and then spent some time in the weight room working on the upper body machines.

This is the first time since the heart attack that I've tried to jog....did a combination of jog/walk this morning....pounded the crap out of my knees...gotta get a new pair of shoes...

Made it through the weekend doing my 100 situps/pushups. Was able to space them out doing 25 of each 4 times a day. Almost forgot my last set last night and had to rush downstairs and polish them off.
Today starts week 2 so i need to do 125 of each. Did 50/50/25 for my situp sets this AM and spacing the pushups 10, with the first set at 15, at a time throughout the day. I'm up to 65 so far and will get them done by tonight.
