Fri, 6/10: I worked out today--did you?
Hi folks. I'm still babying the knee, so I did 30 minutes on the stationary bike and then did a full upper-body stint in the weight room.

1. I did! Aerobics video, upper body weights & yoga.
I hope your knee starts feeling better. I can really relate to knee problems & how they can slow down your workout progress.

Question for you MissMille, do you lift weight for the same body parts on consecutive days?

2. Sometimes yes, but sometimes no
When I do a long run (3 miles as opposed to 2), I cut my upper body workout down because I just don't have as much time to do it.

My weight work is very low on weight and higher on reps.

3. Yes,
I just did a killer biceps/triceps workout. I can barely type this! I also did the Firm Ab Sculpt tape. I will do an interval training session on the elliptical this afternoon. Then I will take a nap. I am dead tired today. I didn't sleep well last night.

4. Short on time...
so I could do only the cardio parts of Step & Intervals, plus some ab work tacked on. :-)

6. No, today was an errand day and then we're headed to San Antonio.
But one of the errands was to get a rack and panniers for my bike to make my commute even easier. So I'll be back at it on Monday. :)

7. Really intense Pilates today.
Plus I've been reorganizing my basement and getting ready for the big record sale this weekend, so I've been moving boxes like crazy (that counts as exercise, right? :D)

8. ARRRRGHHH
No, I didn't. Got up late and had to take my daughter in for a final, worked until 10:30 and was too beat to do anything.
I had hoped I could get through at least two weeks before missing a day.
