Windy and cold.....wind blowing at about 25 mph from the northwest....drizzles.....not my best time but I did it anyway...

Today I did my aerobic strip tease DVD, lower body weights & yoga. I hate lower body weights so I combine it with my favorite aerobics DVD to make myself do it. It's weird because I love doing upper body weights, but the doing the lower body kicks my butt,literally & figuratively.

Did my situps this morning, working towards finishing off the pushups
Plus I did additional situps late last night to make up for my missed days over the weekend.

These abs three days a week are killing me. My hip flexors are sore as they've ever been. I'm sure I'll get used to it.

to the video, I Want Those Arms. This was my first video workout ever.
I had no idea it was going to be as tough as it was. I actually worked up a sweat in the airconditioning.
I can tell my arms will be sore. You know the feeling? This is going to be great for my upper body.
