Tuesday 6-21 : I worked out today, did you?
I managed to get out of bed this morning to run with my dog. Once around the park...2 miles.

I'll try to work in a upperbody workout this afternoon if I have time.

1. I worked out. Did kick boxing, pilates & yoga.
Did a little extra stretching this morning because I am still sore from the weekend.

2. Do you do these workouts at home?
Or at a gym? I'm just curious b/c it seems like a lot of stuff for a morning workout. How long does it take?

4. I work out at home.
Including the warm-up my kick boxing workout is about 45 minutes, my pilates work out is about 20 & I try & do about 30 minutes of yoga every day. Today I also added about 15 extra minutes of stretching.

I have learned that if I don't get up early & work out it will not get done.

yes, I worked out.

I did 25 minutes on the elliptical and then went into the weight room for leg (knee) work and my new ab work-out.

5. Hit the shoulders to day
mostly front delts with some medial delt and middle traps. Did one set of decline situps before the salsa I ate last night started giving me stomach gurgles. Organic salsa tastes good but I need to know when to say when. :puke:

7. I had the day off from work today
so I got to enjoy a long workout without having to worry about time.

Did Low Max, the upper body segments of the Body Blast Timesaver, and the Pilates portion of 10 Minute Solution.

It's nice to have time to mix and match! (But back to the grind tomorrow. :-()

8. 40 minutes on the bike
rode through the park and nature trails, it was a lot of fun really...

knees and charlie horse are still killing me.....got the heart rate up to 80% and kept it there for 15-20 minutes....I think it was a good workout but my "glutes" hurt....

10. Back to my commute!
I felt like Super Woman today! With my seat positioned higher, I was MUCH stronger and able to shave seven minutes off the round-trip commute! :)
