Sunday & Momday exercise thread
How's everybody doing?

Last night I ran for 50 minutes on the treadmill, a total of 4.16 miles, average incline 2.4. It felt like a breakthrough to be able to keep running past the 5K barrier. :) The trick was varying the incline and keeping the pace mostly quite slow, then faster towards the end when I was less worried about burning out.

Aerobic dance video, upper body weights & yoga.
Took Sunday off.

2. Saturday I ran a couple of miles
Yesterday I just did a short upperbody weight video.

Haven't decided what to do today. I'll either run after work or do a couple of workout videos.

7. lifting today...
allaround stuff... i think next week im gonna start targeting certian areas and step up the workout a bit, see if i cant trim the remaining lard in the belly/love handles.

8. exercise for mama
I swam for 26 minutes (700 meters total) and then biked HARD on a stationary bike for 36 minutes. Mama would be proud. ;)
