Saturday, 7/16 - I worked out today - did you?
I took a nice walk/run this morning when I first got up. I'll probably practice bellydancing after work. How are you guys doing?:hi:

ab workout. fun stuff. i need to start running again so i can lose the rest of this belly i got during the winter last year. let my work show.

2. Yep I did yesterday
then went to Zoofest the fundraiser for our local zoo...must have walked another two miles.....

today....too freekin' hot....81 degrees at 8:30 AM Right now heat index of 94.
