I did 30 mins on the eliptical with weights and a 1/2 hour hip hop dance work out DVD, then some strength and butt stuff

3. Just finished my bike ride |

goofed off over the weekend with a sore foot and got back at it today....might have made up for goofing off by scrubbing and then resealing my 25 x 10 front porch with a paint brush......

I did 30 minutes of pilates and 30 minutes of cardio from iamplify.com.
Yesterday was my birthday so I've been overindulging for a few days now.
