I was able to get a jog in today. It was at least 2 miles, could have been 2.5.
How did you folks make out today?

My first hard upper body weight day since I hurt my shoulder. It seems to be doing ok. I am feeling really good today. I bought a food & fitness journal to write down everything I eat & my daily work outs. I hope it help keep me on track.

I hurt my knees when I was doing some jogging. I continued to walk and my knees got better, but they just would quite heal up. So I'm taking a day or two off.

Started with cable rows, 4 sets (1 warm up, 2 good, 1 full on); Next, lat bar press downs (straight arm), 4 sets Next, Hammer Strength rows, 4 sets, last set at 320 Next, bent dumbell rows, 4 sets, 60's to 90's Next, cable cobras (my new lat fave), 5 sets, up to 120 each side
I will HURT tomorrow.
