I jogged 3.1 miles this morning and then went into the weight room for ab work.
How are you folks getting along?

3. Yes, but I missed my last lift |

Exam week for my daughter so I had to rush to get her to school earlier than normal. Went through my lifts fast and didn't make my last one at 327.5. I'll have to try doing another heavy day on Friday and see if I can get it.

weight and maintain it without that damn treadmill, do i skip eating, no. Lesson learned. 40 minutes on the treadmill.

it is the key for maintaing weight loss, i've been really bad for the past month, eating more than i should and really slacking off on the exercise.
