Friday, 1/20: I worked out today--did you?
Good morning! :hi:


I ran a mile this morning (12:30:18--missed that 12:30 mark by less than a second!!!!! :wow:) and then did 20 minutes on the indoor rower.

Then I went into the weight room and did my ab routine.

2. I'll try to make it tonight
I haven't been sleeping well all week.

I plan on working shoulders, tris, and calves when I hit it tonight

I'll add some cardio if I have the energy.

6. I went back to my hot yoga class.
I did pretty well, I sat out about a third of the postures but that's OK since I didn't feel completely trashed when I was done. I think I'm getting over this cold, knock on wood.

Oh, I got a neti pot too. Thanks for the reminder, wildeyed! :hi: I used it, and it is a little weird, but it's awfully nice not to be stuffed up!

7. It is weird, but strangely addicting, too.
I found myself wanting a plastic neti for travel so wouldn't have to be without it too long. :hi:
