Thursday, 2/9: I worked out today--did you? |

:hi: Good morning!
After warming up, I went into the weight room for a leg and lower back workout. Then I did 35 minutes on the elliptical machine.
Seems I've been ignoring the elliptical lately. I shouldn't do that. It's a good workout.
How did you folks manage today?
