Monday, 3/27: I'm going to work out today--how about you? |
|
:hi: Good morning, folks!
I woke up w/ a miserable headache this morning, so I skipped the workout in favor of attempting to hydrate myself and get some caffeine into my body.
I think that will work out well, however, as this afternoon it should be close to 50 degrees--perfect jogging weather. I only jog outside in fair weather (opting for the indoor track otherwise) and I've been itching to get outside for some time now.
What have you done/will you do today to keep fit?

1. I have a fever, cough, and achy bones. I'm going to find a spot |
|
in the sun and curl up in a chair like an old yellow dog.

4. Thanks. Spouse was like this most of last week, and this |
|
weekend. She's out of the house for the first time to attend to some guardian ad litem stuff. We might both be able to get back into the gym in a day or two.

man, it is so helpful for my aches and pains. the class i have been taking through the physical therapy dept. is great. very gentle, and energizing, even thought it is over an hour. i should be able to do a regular level class when my 6 weeks is up. so i will sign back up at the y then. i think the class there is free to members. kids are itching to swim, hubby is facing his mortality, and ready as well. all good. all ready to go. my big question is whether or not to cough it up for a trainer for a little while. there is one there that is a pal. we'll see what the family plan would be for that.
