Wednesday, 3/29: I worked out today--did you? |

:hi: Hi folks!
At the gym this morning, I warmed up, and then I did an upper body workout using both free weights and some machines. After that, I did 30 minutes on the StairMaster.
When I went to get dressed, I got the pants half way up my thighs and realized that I had taken my son's jeans instead of my own, so I made a quick run to Target this morning to get a new pair of pants (couldn't very well go to work in my sweatpants!)
How did you all do today?

I'm super tired..not sick but I think I may be fighting something off..so I think I'll stick to weights mostly until it passes..
