Friday, 4/7: I worked out BEFORE work today! Did you get one in?
Just my usual elliptical work, but I tried working out EARLY instead of after work. I have to say I like it. I might keep this habit! :bounce:

1. We seem to have switched places
I needed to sleep in today. I do have my gym bag w/ me though and I plan to head over there at 4:00.

I think it's leg day (in the weight room). I haven't jogged yet this week, but I may just do a StairMaster/Rowing machine combo today. We'll see.

2. Yes, I did.
Upper body on the machines in the gym, plus some dumbbells (press, flies, back deltoids) on incline bench. Yard work this afternoon.

5. Working out in the a.m. is the ONLY
way I exercise. After a long hard day of work (ha), I'm too lazy to do it afterwards.

I did Step Heaven this morning. :-)
